Marathon Swiss 41mm Steel Navigator with Tritium Tubes on Ballistic Nylon Strap #WW194013-GG-0101

The Marathon Navigator has been a staple product to the lineup for many years. Marathon has now released a new version with a beautiful blasted (parkerized) stainless steel case. It still retains many of the features that make the original Navigator such an amazing product, such as tritium tube technology for superb low light visibility, comfortable ballistic black nylon strap, dual directional bezel for tracking a second time zone, scratch resistant sapphire crystal and a neatly tucked away date between the 4 and 5:00 positions.

Still sized at 41mm, it's a great size for maintaing comfort, yet still remaining extremely legible. The watch is powered by an accurate 3 jewel ETA F06.412 HeavyDrive-PreciDrive quartz movement. Extra torque is needed to drive the hands with tritium tubes mounted to them. And don't worry about battery changes. . . Marathon has included a battery hatch on the back of the watch, so changing batteries is a snap, and does not require any special tools. The movement includes an EOL (End of Life) indicator that tells you the battery is running low on power and needs to be replaced soon; it does this by ticking in 4 second increments as opposed to 1 second increments.

Some other features you will find useful are a screwdown crown (to maintain water resistance) and the used of a ballistic nylon strap. This strap is high quality ballistic nylon and stitching, and is 250mm long. Securing the strap are removable spring bars. So if you desire, you can install a rubber or leather strap. The lugs have access holes for easy strap changes.
